Family Transition Specialist
The New Jersey Center for Collaborative Divorce and Mediation is a group of professionals trained to work as an interdisciplinary team to better address the needs of New Jersey's families.
Divorce is much more than a legal process in which each spouse hires a lawyer to advocate for his/her "position" and to go to court if they are not able to reach a settlement.
The team approach is based on the critical understanding that divorce is an emotional and financial transition that includes a legal event.
Clients need and deserve expert assistance in each dimension of the process: legal, emotional and financial.
